The DRI allows connection of 2 radio systems simultaneously. Radio down-leads can either be hard-wired or fitted with waterproof military grade connectors allowing the system to be switched between different radio models easily.

The Nexus socket on the top panel of the DRI can be configured to accept a variety of electret and dynamic headsets from manufacturers such as Peltor, Savox, Invisio, Ceotronics, Imtradex, and the Juma brand.

• Optional - waterproof wireless PTT can be incorporated into the system
• Optional - tone generation functionality can be added to the system
• Optional - mixed audio setting from both radios, or assign a priority channel.
