The system incorporates a covert communication earpiece, Interference Free Neck-loop with built in microphone, covert style Wireless PTT, and Tone Generation. The COV7 uses a technology called Vestigial Sideband Modulation to transmit audio signals over a short range from the Neck-loop without responding to power or data borne interference. This allows uses to operate in areas of high electromagnetic noise without it being picked up by the earpiece.
